What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our online casino portfolio
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and support) to plan and launch new products and features
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept to post-launch analysis
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize user experience and product performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards
• Supervise daily operational processes, including customer support coordination and internal workflow optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with service providers, partners, and third-party vendors

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Product and/or Operations Management within the online casino / iGaming industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and systems
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex problems
