Salesforce developer

 We are seeking an experienced BA to join our dynamic team and work on international Salesforce projects for clients in the US and Europe.

In this pivotal role, you will be the key link between client business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring our Salesforce solutions are delivered effectively, smoothly, and maximize client ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Analysis: Analyze and document business processes and requirements for complex Salesforce solutions.
• Solution Definition: Translate requirements into clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA teams for functional alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) preparation and execution.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation (BRD, process flows, user guides).

Your Qualifications:

• BA Experience: Minimum 1.5 – 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or consulting.
• Crucial: Proven experience in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar).
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, user permissions).
• Methodology: Experience working effectively within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Language: English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (daily communication with international clients is required).
• Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator Salesforc
• Tooling: Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
• Tech Concepts: Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts.
