Project Manager

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Project Manager to join Red Rocket Software. If you are able to effectively manage projects, coordinate teams and find common ground with clients, this position is for you!

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Ability to define project scope, set expected deliverables and ensure that the necessary actions are taken to achieve them.
• Experience of working with and managing teams, strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
• English to B2 level or above

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the work of teams
• Project planning and task prioritisation
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Coordinate communication between company departments and liaise with clients
• Perform a variety of project management tasks
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
• Assign and delegate tasks, manage the workload of team members within the project
• Track project progress using approved tools
• Ensure successful completion of project and handover to client
