We’re a fast-growing startup in the iGaming industry, preparing to launch a new sweepstakes casino brand for the US market in just 2.5 months.

Our product is fully legal and operates in the “white” segment — no gray-zone risks or regulatory uncertainty.
We’re building our core founding team, so this is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and directly influence how the brand grows.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead the company’s marketing function from scratch.
This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution — you’ll define the brand’s marketing vision, assemble the team, and drive measurable growth in users and revenue.

You’ll work closely with the founders, product, creative, and analytics teams to shape the marketing roadmap and ensure its execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for the brand launch and further scaling.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (performance, CRM, content, design, affiliates, influencers).
  • Own and manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead user acquisition and retention efforts across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
  • Define brand positioning, creative direction, and communication strategy across all touchpoints.
  • Establish a data-driven marketing culture — define KPIs, oversee analytics, and translate insights into action.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising and gaming regulations.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and test innovative user acquisition tactics.
  • Collaborate with product teams to optimize conversion, LTV, and retention.
  • Participate in executive-level planning and influence company-wide strategic decisions.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry (casino, betting, sweepstakes, or related verticals) — mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, retention, and brand building.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.


Nice to Have

  • Experience launching iGaming products in the US market.
  • Understanding of local marketing compliance and restrictions.
  • Proven experience building marketing functions from the ground up in startups.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and influencer ecosystems in gaming or entertainment.
