Head of Product

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to take on the role of Head of Product. The main responsibility is to develop the product strategy and ensure its successful execution on the market. If you have solid experience in the iGaming industry and are eager to build best-in-class products in a fast-growing sector, this position is for you.

Required skills:
At least 3 years of experience as Head of Product/Product Lead.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
Deep understanding of product development processes and product lifecycle management.
Proven experience in market and competitor analysis, with the ability to build product strategies based on insights.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Strong drive for continuous learning and professional growth.

A plus:
Experience with B2C platforms.
Experience with Tier-3 markets (India, Africa).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the product strategy.
Manage the product portfolio, including planning, development, and launch of new products.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Oversee the product development process, set priorities, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with development, marketing, and other departments to achieve shared goals and KPIs.
Monitor product performance metrics and take measures to improve results.
Contribute to strategic company decisions and define product development priorities.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the product team, fostering a motivating work environment.
