We’re now looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain clear, high-quality documentation — including user guides, how-to manuals, release notes, and demo video scripts.
• Translate complex technical information into concise, structured, and reader-friendly content.
• Manage and update internal and external knowledge bases.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Writing Team Lead to improve documentation workflows, planning, and content lifecycle management.
• Work with engineering, DevOps, QA, product, and support teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate content creation, editing, and structuring.
• Ensure documentation is delivered in line with product release timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a related software/SaaS documentation role.
• Excellent written English (C1) and solid spoken English (B2).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and iterative development.
• Hands-on experience with documentation tools such as ClickUp, Git, and Markdown.
• Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, prompting, and content generation.
• Experience documenting RESTful APIs and using tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman.
• Familiarity with JSON, YAML, XML, and a basic grasp of HTML/CSS.
• Great attention to detail, analytical thinking, a proactive approach, and strong ownership of your work.
• A writing portfolio or willingness to complete a short test assignment during the hiring process.

Nice to Have

• Experience with docs-as-code workflows (e.g., GitLab, Docusaurus).
• Familiarity with UX writing, including crafting microcopy, UI text, and contextual help.
• Ability to create or edit visuals in Figma, Photoshop, or tools like draw.io/Lucidchart.
• Knowledge of the iGaming domain (casino games, sportsbook, slots, compliance, etc.).
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, PHP) and ability to read developer documentation.
• Understanding of relational databases.
