HR Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HRBP to join our team.

The main responsibility of this role is to support and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will act as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and performance improvement. This role requires close collaboration with department heads to ensure HR strategies effectively support operational goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive performance management processes;

• Support managers in talent development;

• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and sensitive HR cases;

• Champion company culture, engagement initiatives, and change management.
 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP or strategic HR role;

• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and managing stakeholder relationships;

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;

• Experience managing organizational change and culture initiatives;

• Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence;

• English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product IT companies (300+ employees);

• Background in scaling organizations or hypergrowth environments;

• HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent);

• Coaching or mediation certifications.
