We are now looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who wants to learn, grow, and develop in a dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Create engaging job descriptions and posts that attract the right talent.
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Keep our recruitment database and ATS up to date
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media content.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or IT — no prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upper-intermediate level.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job platforms will be an advantage.
