CRM / Email Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

What Youβll Do:
- Set up and manage trigger-based email sequences and broadcast campaigns π§
- Handle multi-channel communication: Email, SMS, and Push notifications β‘
- Segment users and create highly targeted audiences for personalized messaging π―
- Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests to optimize campaigns and increase engagement π¬
- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics: Open Rate (OR), Click Rate (CR), deliverability, and more π
Create basic email templates using HTML and CSS π οΈ
What Weβre Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in CRM and/or Email Marketing
- Experience with Smartico is a plus
- Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign setup and optimization
- Experience with user segmentation and marketing analytics
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email creation
