CRM / Email Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and manage trigger-based email sequences and broadcast campaigns πŸ“§
  • Handle multi-channel communication: Email, SMS, and Push notifications ⚑
  • Segment users and create highly targeted audiences for personalized messaging 🎯
  • Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests to optimize campaigns and increase engagement πŸ”¬
  • Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics: Open Rate (OR), Click Rate (CR), deliverability, and more πŸ“Š
  • Create basic email templates using HTML and CSS πŸ› οΈ

     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in CRM and/or Email Marketing
  • Experience with Smartico is a plus
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign setup and optimization
  • Experience with user segmentation and marketing analytics
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email creation
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to experiment with new strategies
