Senior/Lead PR Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years in public relations in iGaming sphere;
• Proven experience in affiliate program promotion;
• Established network of media contacts and proven experience securing impactful media coverage;
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that align with brand objectives and adapt to evolving market dynamics;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (B2 minimum);
• Skilled in crisis management, capable of quick, strategic thinking under pressure;
• Experience with PR analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and manage an overarching PR strategy aligned with brand goals, addressing the unique needs of diverse markets;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers, ensuring consistent and favorable media coverage;
• Plan, execute, and analyze PR campaigns that promote brand initiatives, product launches, and corporate events;
• Create press releases, media kits, and PR content that conveys brand messaging in a clear, engaging way;
• Develop crisis communication plans and serve as the lead for managing any potential reputational issues;
• Work closely with the Brand, SMM, and Event teams to align messaging and reinforce brand consistency across channels;
• Track, analyze, and report PR campaign performance, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights.
