Senior Growth Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Product Manager to join our talented team. As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of our AI-based web platform.
This role requires proven experience in developing and scaling B2C Web and/or Mobile products and platforms, as well as a deep understanding of user behavior, data-driven growth, and product-led experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and validate AI-driven opportunities and niches for B2C products (subscriptions, generative tools, AI assistants, etc.)
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on improving conversion, retention, and LTV through product experiments and marketing hypotheses
- Lead discovery cycles - from ideation and hypothesis testing to scaling validated solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data, and engineering teams to implement go-to-market strategies for new modules
- Influence P&L performance through improvements in ARPU, CAC/LTV ratio, retention, and monetization efficiency
- Work directly with the Head of Growth and key stakeholders to align product vision and business outcomes.

- PAM (Profit After Marketing)
- Conversion Rate
- ARPU.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Proven track record in B2C product management
- Deep experience working with Tier 1, 2 markets
- Experience with web or mobile products
- Experience with subscription-based models and background in AI products - will be a plus
- Strong analytical and technical mindset; ability to work confidently with metrics, data, and user funnels
- Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to design, test, and scale data-driven hypotheses
- Proficiency in English - B2 or higher.
