Business Development Manager to $6000

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Specialist to help us grow new partnership projects in the traffic arbitrage industry.

We need someone who lives and breathes the industry, understands how media buying works, knows how to negotiate, and is ready to represent our team at conferences and in the media.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new partners for upcoming arbitrage projects (especially in the Search and Leadgen verticals);
  • Analyze and scale successful partnerships between arbitrage teams using our resources — funding, operational support, and industry connections;
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events (networking, communication, public speaking);
  • Strengthen the company’s brand image by participating in interviews, podcasts, and other public activities;
  • Conduct negotiations, present partnership opportunities, and close collaboration agreements.
     

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the traffic arbitrage industry (key metrics, verticals, mechanics);
  • Experience in arbitrage or related areas: media buying, affiliate marketing, or sales;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — able to sell ideas without pressure;
  • Proactive, charismatic, and open — you genuinely enjoy networking and being in the spotlight;
  • Willingness to travel frequently and speak at public events;
  • A strong personal network in the arbitrage community will be a plus.
