Role Summary:
We are looking for a communicative and experienced Solution Architect to join our IT outsourcing and outstaffing business. In this role, you will blend pre-sales and solution design with client engagement, technical leadership, and contributions to our technology strategy. Key Responsibilities:

Pre-sales and Solution Design:

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business goals
• Design high-level architectures and solution approaches that align with client expectations and our delivery capabilities
• Participate in presales activities: technical discovery calls, workshops, and presentations
• Prepare architecture proposals, effort estimations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling offers and close new business

Client Engagement and Delivery Support:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact during presales and initial delivery stages
• Support delivery teams with knowledge transfer, architectural oversight, and guidance during implementation
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted technical advisor
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand cooperation and add value to clients

Strategy and Innovation:

• Contribute to defining and evolving the company’s technology stack and best practices.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Participate in initiatives to improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of delivered solutions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in client-facing environments
• Proven track record in presales engagements, including solution design, technical presentations, and proposal development
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following: Web/Mobile Development, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Data, or AI/ML
• Solid understanding of scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture principles
• Experience working with IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
