Product Manager Affiliate $$$

We are looking for a Product Manager Affiliate to join our team.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in marketing, affiliate, or promo-focused teams.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels — from registration to first deposit.

- Hands-on experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance analytics.

- Proven record of collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver promo tools and creative materials.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — ability to interpret performance metrics and turn insights into actionable decisions.

- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

- Proactive problem-solver focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Confident user of project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, Asana).

Will be a plus:

- Experience managing or optimizing R&D initiatives related to promo or product tools.

- Upper-intermediate English or higher (additional languages are a plus).

- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and creative version control systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and continuously improve the promo materials library (landing pages, creatives, banners, etc.).

- Analyze promo effectiveness by GEO and traffic source; identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

- Develop and oversee R&D initiatives focused on testing new promo formats, technologies, and engagement approaches.

- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new promotional opportunities.

- Ensure smooth coordination and alignment between design, development, and marketing teams.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to improve conversion rates across the funnel (registration → first deposit).
