- Core Platform Development: FastAPI/Python backend services processing millions of conversations daily

- Real-time Analytics: Vue 3/TypeScript dashboards with WebSocket streaming, D3.js visualizations

- AI Integration: Deploy and optimize LLM-powered features (transcription, sentiment, summaries)

- Scalable Architecture: Docker/Kubernetes deployments, Celery task queues, OpenSearch clusters

- Integration Pipelines: Connect with CRM systems (Zendesk, Genesys, Vicidial, and more)

Your Tech Arsenal

Backend: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL
