Project Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering features according to the roadmap (end-to-end)
  • Decomposing tasks, planning releases, monitoring deadlines
  • Managing priorities, resources, dependencies
  • Setting tasks in Jira, monitoring progress
  • Setting up processes: stand-ups, retros, weekly syncs, statuses
  • Organizing dev/product/design/support interaction
  • Quality control: logic, UX, QA, participation in UAT
  • Incident management and prevention
  • Creating a reporting system and team metrics
  • Improving processes and implementing Agile practices

 

Process and tool stack

  • Jira, Confluence, Miro, Gantt; Scrum / Kanban; CI/CD; SDLC
  •  

What we expect from you

  • 2+ years of PM/Delivery experience
  • Understanding of SDLC, QA, API integrations, front/back logic
  • Ability to work with a distributed team
  • Initiative, structure, strong communication skills
  • English β€” B2+ (providers and part of the team)
