Financial Manager

We are looking for a Financial Manager to help with daily financial and accounting tasks. This role is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in finance within the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Financial Manager in day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks;
- Prepare and maintain financial records and spreadsheets;
- Assist with data entry, invoices, and payment tracking;
- Monitor expenses and budget accuracy;
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial documentation.


Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or a related role;
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Responsible, organized, and proactive;
- Basic understanding of accounting principles;
- English — pre-intermediate level or higer.

2. Hard Skills Interview — 45–60 min
You’ll meet your potential manager. We’ll dive into the real stuff — your future responsibilities, the challenges ahead, and the kind of work you’d actually be doing (no mystery here).

3. Test Task — 1.5–3 hours
For some roles, we might suggest a small test task based on real work situations. It’s short, relevant, and won’t eat up your week — just enough to show how you approach problems and give you a taste of what the job’s actually like.
