Full-Stack (Python + React) Developer $$ Offline

We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to maintain and enhance a production web app used for an automated handwriting and fulfillment system integrating hardware control (AxiDraw plotters), web services, and distributed infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean.
 

About the Role

This is a part-time, long-term collaboration — around 10–15 hours per week. It’s a great opportunity for someone who already works on a stable project and wants to earn extra income while contributing to a technically interesting, well-structured system. Please note that this position is open exclusively to Ukrainian professionals, regardless of their current country of residence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the existing production system
• Develop new features and optimize performance
• Handle deployments, database migrations, and system monitoring
• Ensure platform stability and scalability
   

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Python 3.10+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, WebSockets, Redis
• Frontend: React 18+, Material UI, Redux Toolkit, Vite
• Database & DevOps: MySQL 8, Docker, Linux (Ubuntu), Nginx, DigitalOcean
• Infrastructure: Terraform, Ansible (nice to have)
• Other: Stripe API, Alembic, Playwright, Mailgun, SVG manipulation
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in Python/FastAPI and React/Redux
• Experience maintaining production systems and real-time apps
• Solid understanding of DevOps and infrastructure management
   

Nice to Have:

• Hardware/IoT integration experience
• Stripe, Redis, Terraform, Ansible
• Testing (pytest, Playwright)
