Creative Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work together with our marketing team to develop and test winning creatives every week.
  • Plan creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.
  • Utilize analytics and attribution reporting to monitor the performance of marketing images and videos.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and generate ideas for ad videos and images.
  • Assist with creative testing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Ultiself business model.
  • Help write effective headlines and primary text for creative tests.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, especially in developing and executing creative advertising ideas. Experience in the health niche will be a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, and YouTube advertising platforms.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • High level of organizational skills; mastery of Dropbox and Google apps.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to clearly present findings.
  • Creative thinking with a focus on metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Structured approach to creative tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize work.
  • Design; Figma, Canva & Photoshop skills are a plus

 

Preferred Competencies:

  • Ability to work with influencers & UGC creators
  • Experience working in the health and wellness space, particularly with mobile apps.
  • Understanding of how web funnels work.
  • CRM management and campaign creation using tools like Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, etc.
  • Understanding of A/B marketing tests.
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish)

 

Stages of the interview:

  • Interview with a recruiter or HR (30 minutes)
  • Test Task (completed within 1 day, typically requiring 2-3 hours of work)
  • Meeting with Marketing Director (40 minutes)
