Motion Designer (with an AI edge)

Our family-style company is looking for a Motion Designer to bring ideas to life. You’ll design and animate visuals for digital experiences, campaigns, and brand moments, using AI tools to enhance your workflow while letting creativity lead. About the Role
Our client is a leading Nordic consulting company helping organizations drive digital transformation through innovative solutions. They are looking for a Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life.

What you’ll do:

• Design and animate visual content for websites, campaigns, and digital touchpoints
• Develop and evolve motion principles that bring our brand and client stories to life
• Experiment with generative AI and creative tools to ideate faster and push visual boundaries
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to ensure a cohesive visual experience across mediums

• Help define the visual tone of the brand through movement, texture, and rhythm.

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in motion design, animation, or digital storytelling
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion tools - plus a solid understanding of design fundamentals (color, typography, composition)
• Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Google AI studio or Kaiber is a plus - curiosity is a must
• A strong sense of aesthetics and a desire to create meaningful, emotionally resonant visuals

• A collaborative spirit and the confidence to explore new ways of working.
