About the Role

 

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager who can spot an opportunity, start a conversation, and turn it into a deal.

You’ll be the first voice potential clients hear — showcasing TechUnit, qualifying leads, and helping them understand how our team can solve their challenges.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Prospect and reach out to new leads via LinkedIn, email, freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), and marketplaces.
  • Run cold outreach campaigns and handle intro calls.
  • Keep CRM and lead lists structured and up to date.
  • Research industries and decision-makers to personalize communication.
  • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to prepare proposals and estimates.
  • Build long-term client relationships and hand qualified leads to PMs.
  • Track outreach performance and optimize for better conversions.

 

 

You’re a Great Fit If You

 

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead gen, or BD (agency/IT experience is a big plus).
  • Know how to win on Upwork or similar marketplaces.
  • Are confident with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and occasional cold calls.
  • Speak and write excellent English.
  • Understand the basics of digital marketing and/or software development.
  • Are organized, proactive, and great at managing your pipeline.
  • Genuinely enjoy talking to people and building trust — not pushing.
