🎯 Job Description
As a Content/Marketing QA Specialist, you will be the final checkpoint before content goes live.
Your role is critical to maintaining the quality and credibility of our entire newsletter network — reviewing newsletters, posts, and websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, and technical functionality.

The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with an eye for spotting inconsistencies others might miss.

  • Verify that links, images, and CTAs work correctly and lead to the intended pages.
  • Check that posts don’t overlap or repeat across newsletters or websites.
  • Maintain a structured QA checklist to track recurring issues.
  • Communicate clearly with the Broadcast Manager and Marketing Coordinator to flag issues and confirm fixes.
  • Conduct random post-send checks to confirm that newsletters render properly in inboxes and on live sites.
  • Suggest process improvements to prevent recurring issues (e.g., missing links, layout inconsistencies, duplicates).

📌 Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented — spots errors others miss.
  • Comfortable reviewing content across multiple websites and newsletters.
  • Basic understanding of links, landing pages, and formatting.
  • Organized and consistent in following QA checklists.
  • Communicates clearly and follows up on fixes promptly.
  • Confident using Google Sheets, browsers, and email clients.
  • English level: B2 or higher.

💡 Nice to Have

  • Experience in content QA, marketing operations, or publishing workflows.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, etc.) or CMS tools.
  • Interest in digital marketing or content operations.
