Strong Middle Data Analyst $$$$ Offline

The Project

Global leader in sports, music, travel, culture, and more. It creates and delivers extraordinary experiences by providing official access and premium hospitality at marquee global sporting events, global music tours, etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R.
• Experience in core data science activities: extracting data from SQL data stores, exploratory data analysis (EDA), strong data modeling experience, data visualization, and reporting; data modeling.
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools: Tableau (preferable), Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Adobe Analytics, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and value propositions.
• Track record of solving complex data problems with an investigative mindset.
• Innovative and quick thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to challenges.
• Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and critical thinker.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English; fluent in Ukrainian.

Nice to Have:

• Any experience with cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery)

• Familiarity with dbt for transformation.

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify business and reporting requirements.
• Analyze complex transactional data to uncover insights and inform model design.
• Build and maintain dimensional data models tailored for reporting and self-service BI.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports that help drive decision-making across the business.

• Serve as the go-to person for aligning business needs with data-driven solutions.
