Lead Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the translation of business requirements into actionable functional specifications
- Lead the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with complex client needs and business processes
- Design and implement enhancements to existing CRM configurations to maximize efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and successful solution deployment
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, gathering feedback and ensuring expectations are consistently met
- Deliver advanced training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CRM functionalities and solutions
- Perform comprehensive impact analyses to assess process changes and recommend improvements
- Facilitate strategic communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align business goals
- Oversee and drive CRM-related projects from initiation to successful completion, adhering to timelines and budgets
- Define and execute testing strategies to validate system functionality and ensure quality assurance
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies across the team and refine Agile processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, including roadmaps and workflows
- Conduct industry research to stay updated on CRM trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices
- Provide leadership in establishing CRM best practices and standards for implementation across projects
- Mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, ideally within the IT, Consulting, or Insurance industry
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience leading Agile teams or projects, including facilitating ceremonies and driving iterative improvements
- Advanced expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, including customization, workflow creation, and security management
- In-depth knowledge of MS Power Apps and Power Automate, with experience in application lifecycle management and complex implementations
- Strong understanding of application programming principles, QA methodologies, database systems, and enterprise system design
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships, conducting impact analysis, and resolving critical issues efficiently
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in ambiguous and dynamic environments
- Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
