Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails + Vue/React, AI-assisted Development)
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is excited about working at the intersection of software engineering and AI-assisted coding.
You’ll collaborate with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while ensuring the codebase meets top standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Review, improve, and implement AI-generated code for production readiness
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js / React
- Ensure high-performance, maintainable, and scalable architecture
- Collaborate closely with AI systems to validate and refine code suggestions
- Optimize data models and queries (PostgreSQL)
Contribute to continuous integration, testing, and deployment pipelinesʼ
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails (backend)
- 2+ years with Vue.js and/or React (frontend)
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern development tooling
- Solid understanding of database design and performance tuning (PostgreSQL)
- Proven experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) in daily work
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-evolving AI workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS services (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, CloudFront, Docker)
- Familiarity with frontend test automation (Cypress, Selenium)
- Understanding of MySQL / relational databases
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
