HRD/ Head of HR

A young, ambitious international tech company building scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re growing fast, experimenting boldly, and constantly evolving — and now we’re looking for more than just a Head of HR/ HRD. We’re searching for the architect of our entire People system.

At Softsich, we believe that culture isn’t a poster on the wall — it’s the way decisions are made. We’re looking for someone who can help us build this culture systematically — through structure, analytics, trust, and mature people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ HR Strategy

  • Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Introduce HR analytics (capacity, retention, cost per hire).
  • Define and manage meaningful People KPIs.

2️⃣ Organizational Design & Structure

  • Build a functional company structure, taking into account project-owner roles.
  • Plan team growth (hiring plan) in partnership with Finance and Operations.
  • Conduct “capacity vs. demand” analysis to ensure sustainable scaling.

3️⃣ Culture & Engagement

  • Strengthen company culture and core values.
  • Implement feedback systems (surveys, HR Pulse, 1:1 meetings).
  • Launch retention, wellbeing, and recognition programs.

4️⃣ Talent & Development

  • Establish performance management systems (KPI, OKR, 360 review, PDP).
  • Build a leadership pipeline for key positions.
  • Oversee L&D initiatives: internal programs and external training.

5️⃣ Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Scale recruitment operations and build a robust metrics system.
  • Develop localized EVP (Employer Value Proposition) for different markets.
  • Strengthen the company’s presence on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and local platforms.

6️⃣ Compensation & Benefits

  • Design a grading system and transparent C&B policies.
  • Balance between fixed pay, bonuses, and LTIP.
  • Conduct regular salary reviews and market competitiveness analyses.

7️⃣ HR Operations & Compliance

  • Implement and manage HRIS/ATS systems (e.g. BambooHR, PeopleForce).
  • Oversee HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws across multiple countries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Director / Head of HR in an international company (250+ employees).
  • Deep understanding of multi-geo and multi-project structures (tech / paytech / e-commerce).
  • Strong background in HR analytics, HRIS systems, and change management.
  • Expertise across recruitment, L&D, C&B, and performance management.
  • Strategic mindset, systems thinking, and confident communication with business stakeholders.
