ISO / Merchant Success Specialist
About the Mission
We’re building an AI-driven payments ecosystem to disrupt a $50B industry dominated by slow, outdated players. Your mission: push deals like your last cents depend on it, grow a merchant pipeline, and deliver results — first manually, then with automation that you’ll help define.
What You’ll Do
- Act as an internal ISO/merchant success agent to generate and grow merchant pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, pitch and close deals.
- Track every interaction and relentlessly push deals forward.
- Collaborate with developers to turn manual workflows into scalable automation.
- Become a key player in our commercial strategy — your success = company growth.

Required Skills
- Experience in merchant services / ISO / payment processing.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage merchants/accounts.
- High resilience, motivation, and personal accountability.
- Strong communication + relationship management.
Nice-to-Have
- Fintech, SaaS, or payment tech exposure.
- Familiarity with CRMs or automation workflows.
