We’re now growing our internal team and looking for a full-time HR Manager to help us attract, assess, and onboard top talent for our AI-powered mobile products.

💡 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and creative roles
• Post and manage job listings on platforms like Djinni, LinkedIn, and Upwork
• Source and reach out to strong candidates proactively
• Conduct screening interviews (mostly in English)
• Evaluate communication, motivation, and overall fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Build and update internal HR systems in Notion and Google Sheets
• Use tools like Zapier, Slack, and other automations to streamline workflows

✅ Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly assess soft skills and cultural fit
• Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
• English level: B1+
• Experience in HR or recruiting (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
