We’re seeking a Senior HR Generalist to assist us in refining our hiring strategy, optimizing processes, and enhancing our team culture as we scale.
 

💡 What You'll Do

• Drive strategic HR and recruiting initiatives
• Refine and optimize hiring pipelines and automations
• Support hiring for senior technical and managerial roles
• Build long-term talent pool and retention strategies
• Consult founders on hiring decisions and HR processes
• Help shape culture and people operations in a growing remote team
   

✅ Requirements

• 2 + years in HR/recruiting (preferably in IT/startups)
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Strategic thinking and excellent communication
• Fluent English (B2 or higher)
• Self-driven, analytical, and hands-on
   

🧑‍💻 Working Conditions

• Part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week)
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
