🧠 Our Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in product-oriented companies.
Proven experience building metric systems, tracking, and dashboards from scratch.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or AI tools) for automation and modeling.
Deep understanding of Microsoft Power BI: data models, Power Query, DAX, and performance optimization.
Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
Practical experience with predictive / clustering models and analysis automation.

🌟 Nice to Have
Understanding of the product lifecycle: cohort analysis, LTV, retention, funnel metrics.
Experience in iGaming or digital products.
Strong data storytelling skills — ability to present insights visually and clearly.

Responsibilities:

📈 Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards: build data models, write DAX formulas, automate refreshes, and improve data structures.
🧮 SQL analytics: write complex queries, work with large datasets, validate data, prepare extracts, and check calculation logic.
🧪 Support A/B tests: analyze results, check statistical significance, and prepare actionable recommendations for product decisions.
⚡ Handle ad-hoc requests from product, marketing, and operations teams — deliver quick insights and data-driven answers.
💡 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, proactively providing insights to improve content, product, and marketing performance.
✅ Data validation: ensure data quality, detect inconsistencies, and align with tech teams.
🤖 Build predictive models using Python / AI tools to model user behavior, forecast metrics, and perform segmentation.
