Salesforce Developer

We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer to manage and scale our Salesforce platform within the Revenue Operations team. You’ll ensure reliable, efficient systems that support global go-to-market (GTM) operations in a SaaS environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud for global GTM operations, including user management, roles/permissions, and security settings.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation flows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Configure validation rules, assignment rules, and process automations to support the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Integrate Salesforce with tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and CPQ systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable system improvements.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and adherence to CRM best practices.
     

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Components, Sales Cloud, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, Data Loader.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and GTM operations.
  • Experience to amend integrations into SFDCs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management, and clear communication skills.
