Junior HR

We're looking for an energetic and proactive HR Specialist to join our Operations team. You'll be the go-to person for employee support, events, and day-to-day HR operations that keep our team running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:
• Employee Support: Conduct one-on-one meetings, highlight potential risks, and be a trusted point of contact for the team
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain HR reports with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Event Management: Organize and execute company events that bring the team together
• HR Administration: Process vacation requests, sick leaves, and maintain accurate records
• CRM Management: Work with HR systems like PeopleForce or Hurma to manage employee data
• Internal Communications: Write and share company updates in Slack that keep everyone informed and engaged
• Merch & Swag: Handle company merchandise orders and distribution
• Tech Inventory: Maintain a registry of company equipment and assets
• Surveys & Feedback: Conduct employee surveys and gather insights to improve our workplace
• Team Energy: Bring positive vibes and help energize the team daily

 

Requirements: 
• Up to 2 years of HR experience
• Strong Excel skills (this is a must!)
• Experience with HR CRM systems (PeopleForce, Hurma, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian
• English - intermediate
• Proactive, independent, and initiative-driven mindset
• High emotional intelligence and people skills
• Positive attitude and energy that's contagious
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
