UI/UX Designer to $1500

Lumitech is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team.

At this stage, you’ll be working on our internal project — improving and evolving Lumitech’s company website to reflect who we are and what we do. In the next few months, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on client projects across different industries (MedTech, fintech, restaurant management, and more).

We’re searching for someone who can think beyond layouts — a designer who understands users, asks the right questions, and can transform complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products
• Expert knowledge of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, styles)
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility principles
• Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (BA, developers, PMs)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate or higher)

• High attention to detail and passion for crafting intuitive, beautiful interfaces

What you will do

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for web and mobile platforms
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and developers to bring ideas to life
• Participate in discovery sessions and propose improvements to enhance usability and conversion
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards
