📋 Your daily adventures

• Deliverability & Infrastructure:

- Set up and maintain sender infrastructure: dedicated IPs/pools, subdomains, DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI), feedback loops, blocklist monitoring, and domain/IP warming plans;

- Monitor inbox placement and reputation;

- Run seed tests and remediation (content, cadence, routing).

• Email Production:

-Hand-code responsive HTML/CSS emails (table-based), QA across major clients, dark mode, image-blocking, and accessibility;

- Build modular templates & components, version and document.

• Lifecycle & Automation:

- Design multi-brand journeys: onboarding/FTD, verification/KYC nudges, bonus & promo flows, churn prevention, reactivation, win-back, VIP;

- Orchestrate across email/SMS/push/in-app/on-site to avoid channel clash; prioritize by player value & jurisdiction rules.

🧭 What makes you a great match

• 3–5+ years in Email/CRM for iGaming or similarly regulated B2C;
• Proven deliverability chops (domain/IP warming, inbox placement, remediation) and DNS/auth protocols (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/BIMI);
• Strong HTML/CSS for email (no-framework, table layout, MJML a plus);
• Hands-on with at least two: Braze, Iterable, Emarsys, Optimove, Xtremepush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailgun/SendGrid/SparkPost/Postmark;
• Tooling familiarity: Google Postmaster Tools, Microsoft SNDS, blocklists (Spamhaus), seed-testing (GlockApps/Mail-Tester), UTM taxonomy, GA/Amplitude.
