Who We Are
А fast-growing international iGaming group operating across Tier 1–3 markets. We move quickly, care about craft, and keep things human. Our Recruiting team is scaling, and we’re looking for an HR Analyst (Recruiting Analytics) to bring clarity to our numbers.
What You’ll Do
- Own recruiting reporting & dashboards: Build clear weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership (Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Start Rate, pipeline health, source ROI, forecast).
- Visualize the funnel: Design visuals that reveal drop-offs by stage, role, geo, source, recruiter; track SLA compliance (feedback loops, interview latency).
- Market & salary research: Analyze new markets/geos, role benchmarks, and channel performance to inform sourcing strategy and budgets.
- Improve the pipeline: Identify bottlenecks, propose experiments (JD changes, channel mix, interview design), and measure impact.
- Source/channel analytics: Compare HH/LinkedIn/Telegram/Referrals/Agencies; compute cost-per-hire, time-per-hire, and quality-of-hire proxies.
- Data quality & governance: Keep ATS data clean (status hygiene, timestamps, ownership windows, R2R rules); define metrics and definitions so everyone speaks one language.
- Ad-hoc insights: Turn leadership questions into quick, accurate analyses and simple recommendations.
- Automation: Reduce manual work using queries, formulas, and light scripts; document your work so the team can reuse it.
You’ll Thrive If You
- Think in systems, communicate simply, and enjoy partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Can go from “messy CSV” → “reliable dashboard” fast, with a bias to action.
- Care about impact more than vanity metrics and are comfortable proposing trade-offs.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience in HR/Recruiting analytics or adjacent (people/recruiting ops, BI for TA).
- ATS literacy — any modern ATS (e.g., PeopleForce, Greenhouse, Lever, Teamtailor, ZohoRecruitment): exports, status mapping, stage design, reporting.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, LOOKUP/XMATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY).
- Data visualization in any BI tool (Tableau, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Power BI, Metabase).
- SQL basics (read/write simple queries) OR willingness to learn fast.
- Excellent written English (concise status reports; clear chart narration).
Nice to Have
- Experience with iGaming or high-volume international hiring.
- Python (pandas) for light data prep/automation.
- Familiarity with dbt or ELT basics.
- A/B testing mindset for process experiments.
- Knowledge of KPIs like FTD, LTV, ROI (to align recruiting with revenue teams).
