Software Engineering Manager

As part of this project, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the full development life cycle of cutting-edge medical software designed to process data from medical devices, identify health trends, and track daily activities - empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience hiring, leading, and coaching high-performing software development teams.
• Proven success in developing and delivering large-scale cloud-based software solutions, encompassing frontend and backend development, infrastructure, automation, and testing.
• Strong expertise in automated unit, functional, and stress test design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with the Scrum framework.
• Solid understanding of business contexts and product drivers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Strong facilitation and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing priorities and tasks across multiple distributed teams.
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds.

• Foster a culture of innovation, quality, and collaboration within an agile development environment.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support to team members.
• Develop and execute a leadership and succession plan by hiring, training, and mentoring top talent.
• Monitor team progress, identify challenges, and assist with issue resolution.
• Ensure all development activities comply with quality, regulatory, and business standards.
• Oversee the software development process — including task assignments, timeline management, and contribution to release planning.
