System Analyst to $3500

About the Company
We are a dynamic startup in the iGaming sector preparing to launch a new sweepstakes casino brand for the U.S. market within the next 2.5 months.
Our product is fully legal and operates in the “white” segment with no risks or gray areas.
We are building the core team from scratch and are looking for a System Analyst with iGaming experience to design the data and process architecture that will ensure stable and transparent platform operations from day one.

Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for how data flows through product, marketing, payment, and CRM systems.
Your task is to design data models, define integrations and dependencies between systems, establish requirements for data collection and processing, and ensure the entire infrastructure is ready for BI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document the architecture of data flows and integrations between platform, marketing, and CRM systems.
• Set up the infrastructure for collecting key metrics (players, transactions, bonuses, marketing, CRM).
• Define requirements for the data structure and prepare it for Power BI and other BI tools.
• Create technical documentation for data sources, table structures, and ETL processes.
• Ensure automated data updates and correct metric transfer between systems.
• Participate in A/B test planning and assist in implementing tracking and analytical events.
• Detect data inconsistencies, propose solutions, and oversee their implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iGaming (online casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes, or social casino).
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Excellent understanding of data architecture principles, analytics pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience working with gaming platforms, CRM, payment, and marketing systems.
• Proficiency with Power BI and SQL.
• Ability to document requirements and technical specifications.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work in an international team.
