We are now looking for a Lead of Sourcing Team - someone with a strong recruitment background who can lead and coordinate our sourcing specialists, improve outreach performance, and make sure our lead generation works like a well-tuned machine.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Sourcing Specialists.
• Build effective strategies for candidate lead generation across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Supervise daily outreach activity - ensure message quality, relevance, and consistency.
• Analyze sourcing funnels, response rates, and conversion metrics to improve team results.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing priorities.
• Train and mentor team members on sourcing tools, automation platforms, and communication approaches.

• Introduce new ideas and technologies to improve productivity and outreach efficiency.

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (IT industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of candidate engagement and outreach messaging.
• Leadership potential or previous experience leading a small sourcing team.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Intermediate or higher English level.
