We are an international IT recruitment agency specializing in headhunting high-level tech talent across Europe.
We are now looking for a Lead Generation Manager to oversee and optimize our lead generation processes across LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Lead Generation Specialists / Outreach Managers.
  • Build and maintain lead generation strategies for B2B clients.
  • Oversee daily LinkedIn and email campaigns โ€” monitor performance, deliverability, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure message quality and consistency across all outreach channels.
  • Analyze data from campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and management to align lead generation goals with business priorities.
  • Report on KPIs, team performance, and lead quality.

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager, Team Lead, or Outbound Campaign Manager (preferably in IT, HR, or B2B services).
  • Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with automation tools (LinkedIn outreach, cold email, etc.).
  • Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Leadership mindset โ€” ability to motivate, guide, and grow the team.
