We are an international IT recruitment agency specializing in headhunting high-level tech talent across Europe.
We are now looking for a Lead Generation Manager to oversee and optimize our lead generation processes across LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Lead Generation Specialists / Outreach Managers.
- Build and maintain lead generation strategies for B2B clients.
- Oversee daily LinkedIn and email campaigns โ monitor performance, deliverability, and conversion rates.
- Ensure message quality and consistency across all outreach channels.
- Analyze data from campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with recruiters and management to align lead generation goals with business priorities.
Report on KPIs, team performance, and lead quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager, Team Lead, or Outbound Campaign Manager (preferably in IT, HR, or B2B services).
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with automation tools (LinkedIn outreach, cold email, etc.).
- Intermediate or higher English level.
Leadership mindset โ ability to motivate, guide, and grow the team.
