Junior Affiliate Manager (iGaming | LATAM & Global GEOs)

Our partner is a fast-growing iGaming operator with top-performing brands across LATAM and Tier-1 markets.
They run large-scale affiliate programs, manage complex integrations, and build long-term partnerships with traffic providers and media networks.

The company values initiative, analytical thinking, and professional growth — and is now looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager ready to take their first big step in the iGaming affiliate world.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Open and manage affiliate chats: communicate daily with partners, maintain relationships, and provide operational support.
• Integration with partners:
  • Create new chats and introduce offers.
  • Coordinate the full cycle — from deal approval to integration setup.
  • Set up and test postbacks, ensuring correct tracking and data flow.
  • Generate and issue links to company products for partners.
• CRM management (Graytec):
  • Register and update affiliate data and deal status in CRM.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Prior experience with any CRM system is required.
• Assist Senior Affiliate Managers with operational tasks, reporting, and commission control.
• Analyze traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, ROI, CR) under supervision, identifying growth opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives — coordinate creatives, promo materials, and campaigns for affiliates.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate or digital marketing (iGaming experience is a plus)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with tracking platforms (Voluum, Keitaro, Affise) is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with any CRM system (Graytec experience is a plus)
• Fluent Ukrainian and good English (spoken & written)
• Experience with LATAM GEOs is a strong advantage (Chile experience not required)
• Having your own affiliate base is not required — full training and support are provided
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment
