Illustrator

Stape is looking for a talented and creative Illustrator to join our growing team. Your mission will be to develop unique illustrations for our website, campaigns, and product materials — helping to strengthen Stape’s visual identity and communicate complex ideas in a simple, inspiring way.

Key tasks: 

• Create clean, modern illustrations for the website, admin panel, and marketing assets (e.g. blog posts, landing pages, social media, and emails).
• Design icon sets for all Stape products.
• Design graphics optimized for web use.
• Maintain and expand a cohesive visual language across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop reusable illustration components or a visual library when appropriate.
• Work with the marketing, product, and design teams to understand visual needs, clarify briefs, and meet deadlines.
• Take part in design critiques and implement feedback constructively.
   

Your background:

• 2+ years of experience in illustration or visual design with a strong focus on digital/web graphics.
• A portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and web-optimized illustrations.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Affinity Designer. Bonus: knowledge of motion tools like Lottie or After Effects.
• Understanding of web layouts, responsive design, and how illustrations support UX and messaging. Ability to self-manage, handle multiple requests, and deliver on short timelines when needed. 
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech/dev products is a big plus.
• Intermediate level of English or higher.
