Project Manager (Operations Manager )

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Manage task boards across Customer Operation, Payment, and Analytics teams together with team leads.
  • Formulate the backlog jointly with team leads based on strategic goals and project requirements.
  • Plan and estimate tasks together with other project managers from different streams to ensure global delivery.
  • Monitor task execution and manage risks.
  • Build and maintain efficient processes and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Control and support release calendar management.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on products.
  • Conduct retrospectives and analyze workflows to increase team efficiency.
  • Report on project status to management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with both external technical and internal teams.
     

🧩 Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience working with back-end, front-end development, and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of how to create project roadmaps and performance presentations.
  • Experience with CloudFlare.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Grafana, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of SDLC stages: planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Technical background in DevOps and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of QA practices and tools to ensure technical results meet required standards.
  • Excellent command of Ukrainian — C1 or native level.
  • Location: preferably Warsaw, but other locations are also considered.
