What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and executing the affiliate growth strategy from scratch
• Driving acquisition, activation and retention of partners across SA/SEA markets
• Managing and scaling the affiliate network — from personal deals to future team leadership
• Owning affiliate budget, performance metrics and ROI growth
• Launching marketing initiatives with affiliates, approving creatives and offers
• Negotiating top-tier deals and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
• Monitoring performance data (ROI, CTR, CR, LTV) and optimizing funnels based on results

• Representing the company at key industry events and networking opportunities     

             

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of hands-on Affiliate Management experience in iGaming
• Deep understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and traffic monetization
• Strong performance analytics mindset — numbers drive your decisions
• Experience working with web analytics tools (GA, SimilarWeb, Yandex Metrika)
• Proven ability to close strong partner deals and scale relationships
• Ready to build, lead and eventually manage an affiliate team
• English — fluent
