Automation Specialist (AI Workflow Builder)

We’re looking for an experienced n8n and automation specialist to help us build and manage AI-powered agents (“workers”) that automate workflows across our business tools — including our in-house application, scraper apps, HubSpot, HelpScout, Asana, and other platforms.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Design and configure automated workflows using n8n (no-code/low-code).
• Connect and integrate multiple tools and APIs to create seamless data flows.
• Develop AI-driven automations that can analyze scraped data, make decisions, and input information into our systems with minimal human supervision.
• Ensure workflows run reliably and efficiently, handling exceptions or errors proactively.
• Document each automation clearly so our team can easily understand, monitor, and manage them.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience with n8n and building automations between multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, HelpScout, Asana, and data scrapers is a major plus.
• Detail-oriented and communicative — able to explain and document processes clearly.
• Capable of delivering fast, reliable, and scalable automations.
   

Bonus Points:

• Experience building AI-integrated workflows (e.g., using OpenAI, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience with Python scripting or custom API integrations for complex cases.
• Previous work automating research or data input tasks.
