Marketing Specialist to $2000

Role Purpose:
Support and execute marketing initiatives across content, social, email, and SEO channels. Deliver high-quality campaigns, improve engagement, and ensure smooth coordination across marketing and SEO teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Content & SEO Support

  • Coordinate blog publishing: briefs, copywriters, editors, and WordPress uploads.
  • Research guest post opportunities and draft initial outlines.
  • Help manage the SEO Wiki / Content Hub, updating glossary pages and articles.
     

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Draft and schedule posts for company and team LinkedIn profiles.
  • Research new content ideas and assist in creating visuals with designers.
  • Monitor engagement and track performance metrics.
     

Email & Lead Nurture Campaigns

  • Assist in designing and launching lead magnets (guides, cheat sheets).
  • Help set up automated email sequences and newsletters.
  • Draft and format campaign emails under the Marketing Director’s guidance.
     

Platform & Community Marketing

  • Support Reddit and directory activities (profile setup, post scheduling, updates).
  • Track brand mentions and maintain marketing spreadsheets.
     

Events & Collateral

  • Prepare marketing materials for conferences (pitch decks, banners, one-pagers).
  • Coordinate updates and formatting of internal marketing documents.

     

Success Metrics / KPIs:

  • Taking ownership of one or several marketing channels and strong understanding of others.
  • Helping increase key metrics - mqls, conversion rate, traffic
  • Increased engagement across LinkedIn, Reddit, and blog.
  • Growth in email subscribers and campaign performance.
  • Smooth coordination between SEO, content, and design teams.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in conversion optimization, marketing funnels.
  • Experience with PPC campaigns, understanding of CPC, CTR, CAC
  • Experience working in B2B, ideally both product and service companies 
  • Understanding of main product metrics and user acquisition
  • Solid understanding of content marketing, outreach, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, Quora).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting principles.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, or SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) is a plus.
  • Strong written English and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player.
     


Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with lead nurturing, automated email tools, or marketing platforms.
  • Interest in SEO and content marketing growth strategies.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
