Project Manager

Now we are looking for a Project Manager with a FinTech background to join our team.

What you need for this role:

— At least 3+ years of successful experience as a Project Manager.
— Working experience with mobile projects is a must.

— Experience in the Banking/FinTech domain is a must.

— Excellent verbal and written English.

— Experience in managing projects with a full-cycle development.

— Deep understanding of SDLC.

— Deep knowledge in risk management.

— Learn quickly, navigate the situation, and find creative ways to solve problems.

— Ability to plan and visualize both plans and project results, reporting.

— Good skills in working with requirements and backlog slicing.

— Experience in setting up and maintaining development processes (Agile methodologies).

— Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

— Prominent leadership traits.

— Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools.

— Experience in PO, BA, or QA roles is a huge plus.
