Head of Client Success / Account Management (E-commerce, Global Clients)
π Weβre Hiring a Head of Account Management at Elogic Commerce
We are an e-commerce company building long-term partnerships. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and our portfolio now includes 20+ accounts. Your mission is to help them grow with us: strengthen long-term relationships, identify new growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell, and act as a true business partner.
You will join our Account Management team, which currently consists of 3 Account Managers and 1 Team Lead. This is a team that knows its clients well and needs a strong player to take things to the next level.
π₯ What We Expect:
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager in IT outsourcing / e-commerce;
- Understanding the specifics of working with international clients;
- Experience creating growth roadmaps for accounts;
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell, negotiate, and present value;
- Basic financial analysis: project profitability, revenue forecasts, costs;
- Understanding of account P&L and financial reporting;
- Experience facilitating meetings, handling escalations, and conducting QBRs;
- English β Upper-Intermediate (B2), confident in negotiations;
- Experience with CRM and documentation (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Nice to have: experience in direct sales, pre-sales.
π― Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Account Management team: coach, set higher standards, and guide the team forward;
- Identify new opportunities and turn them into deals;
- Keep a close eye on clients to ensure they grow with us;
- Think like a business owner, not just a task executor;
- Perform upsell and cross-sell of services;
- Coordinate with Delivery and technical teams;
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve escalations;
- Forecast risks and develop growth roadmaps;
Track invoicing and payments.
