HR Generalist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the full employee lifecycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You’ll work closely with employees and leadership to provide guidance, manage processes, and help shape our HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and internal
transitions
• Provide consultation and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Organize and coordinate performance review cycles
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in HR (generalist or related roles)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of confidentiality
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in IT or tech companies
• Proven track record of building HR processes from the ground up
• Familiarity with AI tools and HR automation platforms
