😎 Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project boards (tasks, sprints) in ClickUp.
- Support the coordination of internal and client projects under supervision.
- Help gather and define requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track progress on deadlines, deliverables, and workloads across teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Assist in identifying and documenting project risks.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and updates for clients.
- Support in quality control and feature testing before release.
- Communicate with developers, designers, QA, and the client under guidance.
- Contribute ideas to improve delivery processes and team communication.
- Gradually take over ownership of small projects with mentorship.
🦾 Hard Skills
- 6+ months of experience as a Project Assistant / Coordinator / Junior PM.
- Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with web development and e-commerce (Shopify preferred).
- Basic experience with ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
- Ability to write clear documentation and task descriptions.
- Basic understanding of SMART goals, project briefs, and roadmaps.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in developing leadership, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Growth-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable.
- Team player with a “get things done” attitude.
- Experience in Shopify / web development projects.
- Knowledge of Git basics (branches, pull requests, merges).
- Experience in client communication.
- English at an Intermediate level or higher.
- Remote work and flexible schedule (core hours 9:00–11:00 AM to 6:00–8:00 PM).
