Key Responsibilities:
๐นPreparing and submitting documentation for corporate and personal bank account openings (banks and EMIs in EU, UAE, and other jurisdictions).
๐น Managing communication with banks, EMIs, and clients throughout the account opening process.
๐น Checking completeness of KYC/AML documentation.
๐น Preparing the full โwrapperโ for newly established companies, ensuring correct structuring and presentation of documents.
๐น Monitoring the account after opening โ assisting with operational questions and preparing responses to banksโ requests if needed.
๐น Maintaining trackers of applications, statuses, and deadlines.
๐น Preparing regular reports for management.
Requirements:
โ๏ธ Previous experience in finance, banking operations, compliance, or fintech (1โ3 years preferred).
โ๏ธ Knowledge of KYC/AML principles and international banking standards.
โ๏ธ Strong English skills (additional languages will be a plus).
โ๏ธ Established network with EMIs/payment institutions is a strong advantage.
โ๏ธ Ability to correctly collect, structure, and present information for account opening and ongoing support.
โ๏ธ Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with confidential information.
โ๏ธExcellent written and verbal business communication skills.
